"I joined Planet Fitness in Joliet il. they gave me a coupon for a Free haircut @ Sports Clips Haircuts the nearest one on the coupon was Naperville il. I chose 2728 W. 75th St. As I entered inside they asked me if I had a Appt. I said no they told me it would be about 15 to 20 min ok I was greeted by Katy She asked if I was a current customer and I told her no so she let me know about there services I told her I had a coupon she asked if I wanted the VIP treatment I told her no but told me it was free because I was a new client so I had it and I'm glad I did so relaxing now the condition of the Store they cleaned after every cut all stuff was sanitized very nice as I was leaving I asked for one of her cards she said she was just filling in her a girl that had called in then she was the area manager of 7 local stores SportsClips is LUCKY to has such a valuable employee Thanks to Katy & her Staff Ron A.
